For apple one individual plan, Apple news is not included. How do i add apple news? How much does it cost to do so?
Also, if I want to add extra cloud storage how much does it cost?

You can subscribe separately to Apple News + for $9.99 per month and get 200GB of iCloud storage for $2.99 per month which will bring you up to $27 per month. For another $3 you will have 2 TB of iCloud Storage and Fitness + if you ever decide to use that.

But Premier costs $30/month while individual is $15/month. I don’t need all the 6 options on premier.
Thanks. Let me see. The only feature i really need is Apple Music. The rest of them are not that critical. Might be just simpler for me to get Apple Music for $10 and forget the rest.
