Content in notes disappearing

Help!

The content in one of my notes has disappeared! I had headings, and then grids with data in it - 2 columns and between 10 - 50 rows per heading. The entire content that was in the grid is gone (and there was a lot of it), all that I am left with is the headings, and a couple of empty grid boxes (see photo).

This is now the third time this has happened (it has also happened with another note I have that has data in a grid). The note is ‘locked’, so I haven’t accidentally deleted the content, and it was there a day ago - but not today when I opened it.

I have tried some of the recommendations made on another post where the entire content was missing from the note, or the note itself was missing (turning phone on & off, closing all apps) but it has not restored this data.

Can anyone help with retrieving this data? It’s extremely important. And does anyone know why this could be happening, especially a few times in the last few months? And only with notes with a grid in them? Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!
