it wont let me refund becaue it says no receipt

When I try to get a refund on a subscription to something I didn’t meant to get it it tells me it has no receipt so how can I still get the refund?

I’m trying to get a refund and it says “no Receipt on this purchase” buuttt shows up under the refund part. I’m confused. I’m trying to get a refund on an app subscription that was an accident and when I click on the purchase at the refund section it says no Receipt with purchase and won’t allow me a refund. But shows coming out of my bank acc and shows in the refund option place too. HELP!

Can’t find subscription when I try to request refund When requesting a refund it tells me I have no subscription eligible for refund. The one I am wanting refund for was charged to my new card just last month. I have receipts. Why is it not showing up when I try to request refund.

Did you try through https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6? You should see all your purchases there and be able to ask for a refund.
