I once deleted TikTok from my iPhone 8. When I try to reinstall, App Store just shows OPEN button. When I click on OPEN button, I get a message saying "Restrictions Enabled - Certain apps, features , or services can't be seen or used when restrictions are on. To use this app, turn Restrictions off."
I have checked and do not see any Restrictions turned on.
How can I disable Restrictions?
