National geographic subscription

I have tried to ‘restore previous purchase’ on the NG International App but cannot restore previous purchase. It say my account is expired but on my Apple ID subscription it is still valid, as of today Sun 5 Sep 2021.


I have been subscribed thru the NG app for many years. And i need my previous subscription (or at least previous purchase) back


  1. please advise how can i restore my National Geographic Subscription on the app (apart from pressing ‘restore previous purchase’
  2. If the app is no longer in use, please advise how can i still restore my previous purchase.
  3. can I get National Geographic Subscription ID (not the Apple ID) so that I can communicate with NG directly
