sync between 2 laptops

can`t turn sync on my lap top i am trying to sync between 2 lap tops

my music has transfered to my phone and ipad ok

i have followed everything on the help section but still no joy.

If you are trying to sync from one laptop to another laptop, you cannot do that. Syncing is designed to sync from a computer to an Apple device (non-computer) and not the other away around.
