Bluetooth vanished in windows Bootcamp

Hey there, so i've been using bootcamp on my 2020 base model intel Macbook pro 13' for gaming with an External GPU (Razor core x with an Nvidia EVGA RTX 2060).

Usually this only works if i plug the EGPU in after disable bluetooth or my mac simply crashes (i dont know why), but after i reinstalled windows with bootcamp the bluetooth device just went missing, i can neither find it in the device manager nor somewhere else.

Reinstalling windows didnt help at all and i already tried troubleshooting the bluetooth problem, the result was that windows simply couldnt find bluetooth on my laptop!

what could i do?
