Word File in black background and white texts

How can I change the black background in my Word file? I tried changing the the settings in the Design

feature of Word but it won't solve my problem..

We understand that you want to change the black background in your Word file. You have already changed the settings in the Design feature without affect. It sounds like you may have Dark Mode turned on on your computer. Take a look at these articles to turn Dark Mode on/off:
