I cannot share Apple Arcade with my Family.

I have subscribed to Apple Arcade. I am the Family organizer and shared Apple Arcade with the other three members of my family. I verify sharing under Settings > Apple ID on the top > Family Sharing > The Apple Arcade is listed under "Shared with your family" heading > after clicking on "Apple Arcade" > It said Subscriber: Me + Share with [family member 1] [...2] [...3] (everyone)

However, it only works fine on one account but not on others. For example, on another account: when going to App Store > Arcade > There is still a blue button that says "Try it free" (1 month free, then xxx/month)

I attach a screenshot of my account/ member account.

What shall I do to resolve this issue?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Hi thunyathep,

Thanks for reaching out using Apple Support Communities. Here to help.

We understand you are having trouble setting up family access to Apple Arcade.

We see you came from the related article, 'If you don't see your family's shared content'. It also seems you have confirmed that the service is being shared with members of your family group. We have additional suggestions from here.

First, make sure all devices are caught up on their software updates.

Next, what happens when you try to download an Apple Arcade title on one of the family members devices? Often, this will prompt for them to enter their Apple ID. Their device will then recognize the access through Family Sharing, and the status of the service should update.

Let us know what happens when you try this.

Take care for now.
