Volume and Display light keys not working

Hello, Am using a MacBook Pro End 2013 Retina display model. The volume and display light keys are not working. How to get it working?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.5

Hi,

Resetting NVRAM could solve your issues.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports the errors which are related your issues.
