memoji in imessage

hello! recently i noticed that when i go into thw emoji-keyboard in imessages and swipe it right to get the memoji stickers the three dots aren’t working, i can therefore only use the few memoji stickers “recommended “ and not any of the other memoji stickers. But on whatsapp when i go into the emoji-keyboard and swipe to the memojis and tap the three dots there - all works fine and how its supposed to.

I already tried turning the phone off and on and nothings changed, anyone got any ideas?

iPhone 12 mini, 14

hi! first of all thanks for the reply- i did exactly as u suggest but sadly nothing changed, i still can’t open those three dots on the memoji keyboard

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like the additional options aren't coming up for you when you tap the "...", correct? If so, we would love to help see if we can get the issue resolved for you. Let's go ahead and follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Let's go into Settings > General > Keyboard, scroll to the bottom and make sure Memoji Stickers are enabled. If they are already enabled, let's turn them off and then on again.

Restart your device, then test to see if the issue is resolved.
