It sounds like you're going to want to bring your iPhone into your nearest location for service, be that an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP). You can find your nearest location here: Apple -- Find Locations We do want to note that liquid damage isn't something that would be covered by your warranty, so this would be a repair done at an out of warranty cost.
