Change Notifications Location

I've seen this posted by another user but wanted to add my voice in hopes Apple will add this feature -


Notifications (calendar, reminders, etc.) always appear in the upper right corner of my iMac screen. Always have. And inevitably, they block something important like an icon I need to click or some other item.


Is there a way, or could Apple provide the option, to change the location of notifications?


C'mon, Apple, you can do this.
