How do I change my Apple ID?

Hi everyone!

My Apple-ID name is old.

when I created my account, Apple did not have iCloud back then.

So my Apple-ID name is my Hotmail.

Surename.Lastname@Hotmail.com

Then later on I have a email address SurenameLastname@icloud.com

I want my iCloud mail to be my iCloud account.

I don’t use the Hotmail mail anymore.

Since I have bought some expensive apps like Final Cut Pro, I can’t make an entire new account.

Is there a way to change Apple-ID name so I can keep all may purchases?

This is quite straightforward: please see Change your Apple ID - Apple Support

It's advisable to sign out of everywhere that is signed in with your ID and sign back in with the new ID once the change has been made.

Note that you need to provide a third-party address as an emergency contact address, otherwise idfsomething were to go wrong with your access to your account Apple wouldn't be able to contact you.
