No that is not normal. All of the transfer can be completed within 4 hours on average. I recommend that you try the Quick Start method again by following the instructions in this guide published by Apple ➔ Use Quick Start to transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
