If an MDM profile has been installed, the device is very likely centrally managed by a corporate or educational environment. In such instances you’ll not be able to manually remove the profile - but will require the assistance of the System Administrator that manages your iPad.
If the profile can be manually removed, you’ll be able to do so from your iPad settings:

Be aware that Apple will generally not assist with removal of MDM profiles from devices.
