I can see the exact same problem happening on another user's system that reported it a while back. It

looks like other users have reported this as well.

It is basically the las couple of rectangular LED's next to the fingerprint reader that flicker continuously.

They are next to the sound Mute/UnMute button on mine. Sometimes that button will flicker as well.

You can Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

and

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)

If no resolve typically this indicates a hardware issue:

Nope it has not. They should honestly fix it because it did not happen until the BigSur Update. Apple definitely needs to do a replacement Touch Bar program for this defect. Hopefully they will soon.
