Nike App not saving runs

Hi, I am just looking to see if anyone else is having this issue. After I have been completing runs and stopping them, if I am at all interrupted by a text/call/other notification or accidentally get out of the app while it’s giving me my run feedback, my run is lost. Gone. Never to be seen again in the app or in Activity. This has happened to me about 3 times in the last two weeks. Has this ruined anyone else’s day?
