for the past few days I haven’t been able to screen grab anything on my iPhone XR, the software is up to date.
I have tried using the additional touch tool on the device but the screen grab function still doesn’t work.

Take a screenshot on your iPhone
If so and this continues, do the buttons on your iPhone work as expected when performing other functions?
