My iPhone is not displaying Meid number

Do you see IMEI number if you open Phone application and dials *#06# then it should work too, immediately you will see the IMEI number. 

Note: IMEI number is used for smartphones with GSM module, and MEID number is used for phones with CDMA module.

You probably need to go one step further.

Settings -> General -> About.

Then scroll down.

That means that your phone use GSM module.

Exactly what model phone do you have?

Sounds like you do not have a CDMA compatible device.
