Hi I would like to pay more space for my iCloud.
i try many time with my local Visa card but not working. My country (Togo) is not in the list. Even when I try with the region (Benin, Ivory Coast or Senegal) it is rejected.

The above web page has a list of countries where iCloud storage is available.
You may web be finding what does not work in other countries is your Visa card since it would have to be billed to you at an address in the other countries. See the list of stipulations at the bottom of this document:
