My Iphone trouble

help me, my iphone 11 pro is dead, the screen says support.apple.com/iphone/restore, I've tried to update using a cable to my macbook, but it can't be updated. it says error 4013. what can I do? the IOS version on the macbook is the latest. this happened because my iphone ran out of power. Please help
