Child account

I setup a child id for my daughter via the family sharing option on the iPhone.

I never got any password set for that thing. Now when I want to setup her iPad and try to use her Id I can't because I have no password associated with it. And when trying to reset the password it wants to verify my rights, and set it to her email which is the id Ive never used before or setup email for..


Im in some weird loop where I dont whats what.. Please help.

Create an Apple ID for your child - Apple Support

- "Your email address is the rescue email address for your child’s account, and you can use it with the security questions you provided to reset a forgotten password. You can keep your your child's account more secure with two-factor authentication."

- "If you need to see the options you have for managing your child's account, you can sign in with their Apple ID and password at https://privacy.apple.com/account
