Payment deducted twice for Clash of Clans

I tried to buy gold pass in clash of clan yesterday but payment deduct twice it’s happened due to bad network. N got gold pass once. I want that refund for one time

I bought gold pass in a game but payment deduct twice. N got gold pass once. How can I get back another payment or can it manage with another game account or adjust in next month?
