She’s used to a simple decline or answer dichotomy, but the call screen when her phone is locked confuses her. Does anyone know of a way to change the call screen on iOS to something more intuitive? Use of Do Not Disturb:

Enable Do Not Disturb and select which calls to allow

1. Go Here: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: Turn Do Not Disturb on or off
3. Tap: "Do Not Disturb" so that it is green
4. Scroll to: Change your settings
5. View: Allow Calls From

It silences all numbers that are not in her contacts.

A better approach would be to go to Settings > iPhone and turn on Silence Unknown calls.
