About 2 weeks ago after a update I lost my voicemail greeting. I have tried all the steps. At one point we got it back however at some point must have gone back to the default. When I call my voicemail from my phone it’s there. When people call me it’s gone. I have already tried 2 Verizon techs and 1 Apple tech. Please help

You've done a great job troubleshooting so far. Do have any configuration profiles or Mobile Device Management installed on your iPhone?
Do you experience the same behavior when you're connected to either a Wi-Fi or cellular data connection?
Do you have any VPN software installed on your iPhone?

What happens when you choose Custom in Phone > Voicemail > Greeting? Do you see an alert or are you able to use the custom greeting?
Can you tell us what steps you've taken so far, please? This will help us to isolate this behavior further.

When you click the custom option- Save is grayed out and u can’t save. When u call you voicemail from the phone it plays correct message however when u call from any other phone you do not get the saved voicemail nor the chance to leave a messages in no particular order:
phone on off
wifi on off
airplane modes on off
cellular 3G on and off
change password to voicemail
reset network settings
there is no call forwarding

We understand that you've set up your voicemail for a custom greeting but it defaults back to the default greeting, correct?
If you open the Phone app, choose the Voicemail tab then choose Greeting, do you have Default or Custom checked here?
What steps have you taken so far to address this behavior? We don't want to ask you to repeat any steps.

The issue is not resolved. All the steps have been done - yes it still ends up at default which isn’t a voicemail at all . It says” welcome to the call management system” if you have a mailbox on this system enter it now”. I have done multiply things with 3 different techs!
