Login to Microsoft 365

I have a subscription to Microsoft 365, I have been logged out and cannot sign in, it says "No Microsoft 365 Subscription Found". Therefore I cant access Excel/ powerpoint.


Microsoft have said its an error on Apples side because they do the billing. Microsoft confirmed my account is valid.


Any one have something similar?
