Hello. I wanted to know if anyone knows how to pre-order on Apple (whether for iPhone, MacBook, etc). I tried looking for it for the upcoming MacBooks but couldn't find where. Will it be on the apple store (online) when the time comes or is there an app for that?

ONLY announced products can be pre-ordered.
In the Apple Online Store, Pre-order items look just like a regular order, except they promise NONE will ship before the specified day.

Pre-orders are available after the announcement of the products. It can be done in Apple's website or in some Premium Resellers within the period also announced by Apple in the Keynote.
