True Tone and refresh rate toggle missing on OS Big Sur 11.5.2

Missing the true tone and refresh rate form mi Macbook Pro 13 inch 2016, any ideas why?

The fact you do not see a checkbox means your computer is not new enough to support it: Use True Tone on your Mac - Apple Support


"Use the True Tone checkbox to turn this feature on or off. It appears only on displays that support True Tone."
