I've been experiencing some ghost touch/freezing after charging for almost a month now. I did try the force restart and reset all settings but it doesn't work. I do hope anyone could help me. (my phone is IPhoneSE 2020 ios 14.7.1)

Is this happening with an Apple certified charging cable? Have you tested it with another cable to see if this continues?

Sounds like your iPhone is becoming unresponsive, is that right? You mentioned forcing it to restart, does it respond after the restart? Do you notice any other patterns when this happens? For example, does it happen when using a specific app, or is it immediately after unplugging from being charged?

Same issue after auto update of ios 14.7.1 My Screen is unresponsive ( Ghost Touch Issue) . Especially "P" Not working . Have tried Forced Start Factory Reset Still Problem Not solved .
After ios 14.8 Update The problem randomly opening app many touch issue happening .
Service station take Hardware test 3 times and All Results are ok .

Yes! It do respose but after a couple of seconds it's still there. Whenever I unplugged my phone every morning i have to deal with it. I still have to wait a couple of hours just to be normal again. And sometimes when I do use my phone while it's charging it still happened again
