Multiple Monitors Mac Air 2021 M1 chip

Hello, recently purchased a new Mac Air - it won't allow for multiple monitors. I have seen on old posts that it is a known bug, however, they are dated quite long ago, and haven't seen any new information on this. Does anyone have any solutions, looking to just connect two computer monitors.

It is not a bug, it is clearly spelled out in the specifications:

Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at millions of colors and:

  • One external display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz

MacBook Air - Technical Specifications - Apple
