My Apple Watch changes screens by itself. Initially, it only would happen while I wore the watch. Now it does it while it’s charging. I’ve tried cleaning the dial numerous times, resetting, and disconnecting/unpairing. Nothing helps. Please help!

Why does my Apple Watch changes screens automatically? It starting while I wore the watch. Now it does it while on the charging stand. It toggles through screens so much that it ends up killing the battery halfway through the day.
