Ever since I updated to iOS 14.7.1 my iPad Pro 10.5” has been randomly rebooting and was actually stuck in a boot loop for over 24 hours. I took it to the Genius Bar and had them run diagnostics. There were NO hardware issues. It was suggested that I wipe everything and restore from a back up. I did, but the problem only went away for 24 hours and now it’s back. Anyone have any other solutions? Or should I just trade up to a new one?

If after restoring your iPad using your computer, and then selecting to reinstall your backup has brought the issue back, then the next step will be to set up as new.
Make sure to follow the steps in this article to restore the iPadOS: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
Then, instead of selecting to restore from your backup, select to set up as a new device. If the issue was from the backup, this should resolve the rebooting.
