Yes, but not from Apple.

Apple's recent announcement about lossless and hi-res applies only to the Apple Music Streaming service. The downloads in the iTunes Store are still AAC/256.

However, you can buy hi-res and lossless song downloads from other sources such as HDTracks.com, Beatport.com, and Qobuz.com. After you buy and download, you can add them to your iTunes/Music library.
