How to redeem the Apple TV plus 1 year trial

I purchased a MacBook air device on May 2021, and I supposed to get a 1 year trial apple TV plus. How can I redeem it ? I try login apple TV and it only have 7 days free trial

You can't. The offer expires 90 days from when the MacBook Air is set up.
