Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you receive an error message about your billing address when checking out using Apple Pay.
Does your shipping address match other linked payment options when you check in Settings > [Your Name] > Payment & Shipping?
We also recommend checking in Settings> Wallet & Apple Pay > Transaction Defaults> Shipping Address.
