Your iPhone has detected that there is an issue with the sensors used for Face ID. Make sure that your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS, and if the issue persists, contact Apple Support to set up a repair.


If you don't know how to update your iPhone, you can use this article to help. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for updates. The latest software version is iOS 14.7.1. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
