illegal withdrawal of money by the application

I told the Avatarity app, I signed up for a WEEKLY subscription (there was another option for an annual subscription) and after three days I canceled it. But after a week, this app started charging me for a year's subscription! and for more than half a node it has been trying to withdraw money from the card, my card has been blocked, I cannot update and download applications until I pay the debt! Why should I pay to use an iPhone? and how can I cancel it and restore billing information ????
