icloud storage issue

Hi! I just purchased 50gb additional space on iCloud, however there is still notification in pic gallery I don’t have enough nad photos are not uploading, even though only 4.9gb is in use. I restarted phone, but issue persists. Could you please help?

Storage I recently bought an iPhone 11 64GB and I’m now getting the message that iCloud storage is full even though the phone storage is saying 18GB used out of the 64. I upgraded to get more storage and now not even my pictures are being saved. What could be the issue?

sign out of your Apple ID, restart your phone and then sign back in. It should solve your problem
