Its literally headache, i tried on/off of true tone but still auto brightness issue is there.
brightness got automatically dim .
tried every possible way to fix this.
is there any solution that apple having for this or i am just wasting my time to find a solution????

Are you stating that your iPhone controls brightness automatically and you would like to shut the auto brightness switch to OFF?
If YES, then you can open Settings ➔ Accessibility ➔ Display & Text Size ➔ Auto Brightness: You can set this to OFF.

I already tried that but still my phone is working as auto brightness is on even after making it off.
Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
