When I look at the contents of my iCloud Drive between my mobile (iPhone & iPad) and my desktop MacPro it is different. Why are they not in sync with each other? Even the two mobile devices don’t agree. On the mobiles I am viewing with “Files” app and just Finder on the desktop.

Thank you for asking but after looking at these two articles I don’t think they address my issue. I want to understand why I don’t see the same subfolders/files on my mobile devices that I see in my “iCloud Drive” folder in Finder. And visa versa.
