Apple Music Videos wont download in HD format
I have iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (5th generation), MHP43LL/A Model Number, 2 TB storage connected to 1Gbit internet WiFi. Latest Software Version, 14.7.1 (18G82).
Apple Music streaming and download on WiFi is set the the highest resolution.
Highest audio and video quality is a must for me.
Steps to reproduce:
- Removed all my music videos from iPad.
- Stream one of my regular music videos. Click play and it plays in HD.
- Download the same video. Click play and it plays in SD(very blurry and noisy video quality).
I have alwasy been downloading and keeping my favorite music videos on my previous iPdas in highest quality with no problems. I like playing my favorite music videos when i am on the plain on whnever i have no access to high speed internet. Now it doesn’t work for me.
When will Apple fix this bug? What is the temporary workaround?
