Just subscribed to Apple One with 2tb iCloud storage. My phone (family organizer) is the only one showing 2tb. Other 4 in family are showing my wife’s shared 200gb iCloud storage.

Solved. I had my wife stop sharing her 200gb iCloud storage. This allowed me to then Enable sharing the 2tb iCloud storage from my phone. Others were also able to see the share and join.

sign out of your I cloud, restart and then sign back in. do this for all the phones sharing the I cloud shared storage.

In our Family Sharing my wife is listed as a parent/guardian. Beneath iCloud storage on her family member profile is says “subscriber”.
