You will need to a travel router or you will need to speak to the hotel's security staff to see if they will open their network to allow you to connect your Apple TV, most will not. If you are unfamiliar with travel routers, please do a little research on them and I think you will find one that solves the problem. In short hotels (major chains) do not want you to use their network to stream content, that uses a lot of bandwidth, in addition they prefer that you buy content from them. The only 2 work arounds I know of are either stay in a AirBNB type of facility or get a travel router.
