My bank continues to report small payments to Withdrawal Bill Payment APPLE / COM BILL CUPERTINO CA. What am I paying for? These $2 & $4 withdrawals add up!

You and you alone are responsible for any subscriptions you start. You should be entirely aware of what is being charged to you since you need to have started the charge or accept the charge for it to be actively charging you. Charges will not just magically appear on your account.
