My I phone7 plus won't charge at all. Ive tried holding down the right hand button and the volume down button at the same time for over a minute. The Apple logo never showed up. I checked all my cords, about 3 of them, and they look fine plus my iPad charges fine with them. The battery is red and phone dead. What else can I try?
You should try a different:
If you do this one at a time you can identify where the problem lies
If the problems persist try checking your charging port for blockages or any dust which might be stopping it from charging. If there is no obvious damage or blockages you'll have to contact Apple Support / arrange to take your device into service.
