My I phone 7 plus phone will not charge > It is totally dead . I have tried to turn in by pushing in the on /off button and volume button.

Have you ever had the battery replaced on the device? Given the age of the device I would believe the battery may have failed. Hi Chris,
thanks for your suggestion. I brought my phone to Best Buy that was able to charge the phone. There was lint built up in the slot to plug in the adapter.The Associate was able to clean the area with a small brush and compress air.
