Bluetooth connecting to a random device

Hi!

So I'm not really sure how to phrase this so excuse me if this sounds confusing.

I've noticed that my mac, iPhone 8 and iPad air 2 are connecting to an external device titled 'Robert's A70'. I have no idea who that is or why its connecting to it as it won't allow me to turn it off, and it wont show up when I go into my bluetooth settings, almost like it doesn't exist.

I usually just turn off the bluetooth for a little bit and then it doesn't show up, but I use. my Airpods and other wireless headphones regularly so I'm constantly checking if its coming up, which it does at random times so I never know when it's gonna connect again.

Doe's anybody have any clue about this or how I can prevent it? I managed to take some screenshots about serial numbers for proof that it wasn't a fluke connection if necessary.

Thank you for your help
