Macbook pro M1 memory usage
When i am working. it always heat up the machine because high usage of RAM. Why?
Launchpad and the mouse pointer is also lagging? And the memory pressure is also high always.

Chrome is Universal. I don't know why. at this moment, there are more than 14 Chrome helper render processes. and also for the VS Code. 12 code helper render processes. My mac is heating i think because of this. Always memory pressure is in yellow rate means high right?
