apps won't load

hello i have a problem. I cannot install the app in the App Store. there seems to be no problem with the Internet. the download just stopped and doesn't move on. help me please. :(

Try signing out of your iCloud, restart and then sign back in. Make sure you make a backup before doing so.

You can also try a hard reset:
